OSM-Boundaries.com was created by Ground Zero Communications, it was launched as a replacement for the defunct site OSM Boundaries by Walter[1] that Project-GC formerly used to extract administrative boundaries from OpenStreetMap. The administrative boundaries are the general source for regions and counties on Project-GC.
