Hide Geocaches to level your Badge.
Archived hides are counted, however events are not included in the count as they are counted separately in The Event Host badge.
Loop
Hide twice the amount required for Diamond to loop it. Max number of loops is 9. We decided not to allow looping to 99, to avoid promoting too many hides from the same cache owner, mainly for two reasons:
- We believe in maintaining hides, hiding more than 1800 geocaches probably means no maintenance at all.
- We do not want to encourage too simple hides, rather spend your time creating a few good hides instead.

This Badge existed in BadgeGen v3. In early 2020 when v4 was released, we started to exclude Events from the Hide-count.
