is there a way to get notifications of disabled, moved or archived caches? Especially interested in archived caches for new clear locations

I don't remember offhand if Project-GC's notifications allow that but I'm sure that the notification system on geocaching.com allow you to get notifications for archived caches as well as various other types that are not publications.
