I can't figure out how to show available caches on my county map.

I'm able to see the map of a state with the counties I have tinted green and the ones I don't tinted red; however, no amount of zooming brings up the available caches. The description of the map says that this will be possible. Do I have some settings wrong?

On the map, click on one of the red counties. This should open up a balloon telling you the name of the county. If you click the name in the balloon the map will reload, showing you the caches available in that county.
