Project-GC's web shop is operated by Ground Zero Communications AB. We are registered in Sweden with the organization number 556982-2215. Our VAT number is SE556982221501.

All sales via the web shop will follow Swedish laws.

You may cancel a paid order and get a full refund until the order has been shipped. To do this, please contact our support or send an email to shop@project-gc.com. Once the order has been sent you can only get a refund by returning the goods to us. Note that not all items include return rights, for example geocoins have limited return rights due to the unique tracking numbers.

All goods are examined before sending it. If we have missed a production error and you receive a product of such, contact our support with a description and photos of the issue. Hasty information will help.
