Moderators will move threads from "Checker requests" into this forum after a while when it has been decided that the challenge checker isn't possible for one or another reason. The threads should not be moved right away. The challenge owner should have a chance to adjust his requirements if that helps.

I disagree with that interpretation. This is a challenge that you need to find 360 caches for each degree from a point. You're not defining a geographic AREA, and the line/angle length is irrelevant. Since that rule applies to creating a specific area, it doesn't apply to the 360 from Home calculations.
This challenge simply requires 360 caches in ANY area - they just have to be in a circle around ANY point - no AREA is required or specified.
