Is it possible to exclude every cache placed before May 2000 as caches with unusual /fake dates tend to be prior to the commencement of Geocaching

As a matter of interest, could one nit just exclude ever cache placed before May 2000 as caches with unusua dates tend to be prior to the commencement of Geocachinge prior to the commencement of Geocaching
