TEDIT: comment irrelevant as this is a time-limitgrandfathered challenge (X caches in one day) and thus is ineligible under the 2016 challenge cache guidelines.. Sorry!

Are "10 Years" events, Giga Events, Groundspeak Lost This is a time-limited challenge (X caches in one day) and Found Event and Groundspeak Block Parties eligible orthus is ineligible? (The answer could make a difference in whether someone can use Washington as a qualifying state.) under the 2016 challenge cache guidelines.
