- you must have at least 15 island caches (=a boat attribute and T5) found
- in at least 15 different municipalities.
- all of these 15 should be from the months of molten water (moths 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10)
- and on each of these 6 months there should be at least one from a different municipality.
