Just to clarify: is this 100 on each date or 100 total between the dates? If the former, I can tag a checker easily. If the latter, there doesn't look like there's a script which does exactly what you want (Target's "Found on specific day of year" script looks closest, but it doesn't allow for a "limit" "total" parameter).
