[Cancelled] GC76MRZ - PREC 26 - Challenge - D2.1/T2.1

Hello,
Would it be possible to create a checker for this challenge?
You need to have an average D of 2.1 AND a T of 2.1 and a minimum of 1000 founds in order to fulfil the challenge.
This one is similar to http://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC5KP8N but the tags requires changing so the D/T ratings check for 2.1 instead of 2.0.
I already checked the feasibility of the challenge with the local reviewer in Belgium (Frogfoot).
I fulfil the challenge myself.
Thanks for your support.
Regards,
Peter

This is against guideline 14 https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=127&pgid=206#positiveCriteria

Not acceptable
Not finding caches: design that limits or punishes any element of finding caches. Examples: Challenges that require ratios in finds; such as 10% of finds must be Attended logs, challenges that require finding only some particular type for over time, as 100 consecutive Mystery finds.

A checker has been made by Gentse Haviken allthough the challenge is not acceptable by the guidelines.
I think the reviewer Frogfoot is mistaken here.

Sorry, but I don't think he is.
I explicitely asked for permission for this challenge before I started any work and placed the cache.
You do not have to limit yourself in finding specific caches (e.g. D/T 1,5/1,5) to fulfil this challenge. It will just take a lot longer to achieve. If you have a varied mix of cache and a high enough number of them, you can easily reach this target. So I don't believe the challenge limits or punishes the cacher in finding other "types" of caches.
Also, if the reviewer says it is ok, who are we to argue?
Regards,
Peter
