[Cancelled] Checker for 1 cache found in all 15 towns each in Wayne County, NY

I'm looking to place a challenge cache where the challenge is to have found 1 cache in each of the 15 towns in Wayne County, NY. The towns are: Ontario, Williamson, Sodus, Huron, Wolcott, Butler, Savannah, Rose, Galen, Lyons, Arcadia, Marion, Palmyra, Macedon, and Walworth.

I'm afraid this won't be allowed under guideline 10: https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=127&pgid=206#criteria

Not acceptable:
Challenges based on geographic areas other than countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent). For example, user-defined mapping polygons, latitude/longitude, radius, etc. (updated Aug 2016)
