[Cancelled] challenge checker for simple polygon

Hi,
We created the ART-series of caches "Kyiv symbol series" in Ukraine. The creation of the series was attended by 5 geocachers from different countries. We want to create a cache-challenge for this series.
Is it possible to create a checker for a polygon in the form of a circle with a radius of 1 km from the virtual point with coordinates N50° 23.269' E30° 30.623'?
All 70 caches (69 now) of our series fall into this simple polygon.

I'm sorry but polygon checkers are not acceptable under the current guidelines

10. Source of Criteria
Acceptable
Challenge cache criteria may be based upon these geographic areas: countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent).
Not Acceptable
Challenges based on geographic areas other than countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent). For example, user-defined mapping polygons, latitude/longitude, radius, etc. (updated Aug 2016)
