[Cancelled] Is this technically feasible?

I'd like to create the challenge cache described below. Is it possible to create a checker for this challenge?

To qualify, you must have found at least four different types of caches in one day, for 100 different individual days.

For example:

May 4th, 2012 you found a traditional, letterbox hybrid, a virtual, and multi cache.

July 23rd, 2012 you found a traditional, unknown, virtual, and earthcache.

January 1st, 2013 you found a traditional, multi, unknown, and wherigo cache.

June 2nd, 2014 you found a webcam, event, traditional, and CITO event cache.

Each of these dates counts for the challenge, and you would have 4 dates that qualify.

While it would be technically possible to create a checker, such a challenge is against the current guidelines.
Guideline 9 has (under not acceptable):

Time-limited caching: as in some number of finds per day, week, month, or year. Example, Busy Day, 50 finds in a day, 500 finds in a month, etc.
