[Awaiting feedback] New Checker Needed for GC7TJEX

We have created a challenge cache that requires at least 1 cache in a series of states that go across the contiguous United States. Our cache name is "Memory of the 80s Challenge - Hands Across America.", we have a series of caches in Tulsa from our memories of the 1980's. we qualify for this cache ourselves. I have seen many of this type of challenge checkers so hoping this could be done again. A simiular cache is GC2Q37R called A Coast to Coast Challenge.
