[Cancelled] Is there a checker to do in one county - oldest and N,S,E,W

Looking for a checker that will use a project-gc query using oldest and northernmost, southernmost, easternmost and westernmost caches in a county. Browsing through the ones listed here, I have not located one. Is there one out there currently? and if not is there one that could be created? Thanks!

I think this is not possible to make because the checker do not have access to all caches to find if there is caches futher in each cardinal direction.
