[Cancelled] GC80T0P Challenge Checker Request
December 05, 2018 07:54AM
Hi all,

This is my first Challenge Cache, so hope I'm getting this right.

I need a checker to verify if people have attained the following 11 requirements;

One Mega event, plus
Two Virtual caches, plus
Three CITO events, plus
Four Earthcaches, plus
Five Gemstones (Ruby or higher) on Project GC BadgeGen, plus
Six Letterbox Hybrid caches, plus
Seven Event caches, plus
Eight Multi-caches, plus
Nine Unknown caches, plus
Ten Lab caches, plus
Eleven different cache types in a day

Do I need to provide any further information?

Thanks in advance for any and all help received.

Cheers,
John

Ten Lab caches, plus Eleven different cache types in a day are not allowed as criteria for challenges under the current guidelines.

Please read https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=127&pgid=206#timeLimited
and https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=127&pgid=206#criteria

Not acceptable

I forgot to mention that "Five Gemstones (Ruby or higher) on Project GC BadgeGen, plus " are also not permitted

Great, thanks!

Not much is allowed these days huh? I've enjoyed doing a few challenge caches over the year or so that I've been caching, but looks like most of them wouldn't have gotten published these days.

I guess all these restrictions is to keep the workload down for the volunteers? I can understand the need to do that, but the result is a lack in variety of challenges?

Just curious I guess.
