[Cancelled] Challenge Checker for new cache

I would like to make a challenge checker for a new cache. The challenge involves finding caches near post offices. I would like to list as many as possible and make the nearby caches what gets checked. Is this possible? How do I get this started?

My reviewer cited rule #10. Is it because using a post office creates a user defined area? I would alter it to fit if possible.
