[Awaiting feedback] GC90039 Extreme points of Queensland

Requirements based around the "Map NESW/Oldest" project-gc function.
To fulfill the Challenge three of the five extremes as to be logged as found.
Excluding Event type caches.
Extremes are
1. Altitude, cache location higher than 1400masl (limtits the area to Mount Bartle Frere)
2. South, one of the five most southernly caches as per the "Map NESW/Oldest" function
3. West, one of the five most westerly caches as per the "Map NESW/Oldest" function
4. East, one of the five most easternly caches as per the "Map NESW/Oldest" function
5. North, any cache in Queensland, located north of S10 45.000
