[Cancelled] GC9ZJC6: 360° Lower Austria

Dear Sir or Madam!

I need a challenge checker with the following requirement:

The geocacher should have at least 1 find in each grade section in Lower Austria.
Allowed cache types are all EXCEPT events.

The center is:
N 48° 16.212' E 15° 45.906'

It's basically the same as "GC4RZ63 - Challenge - 360° in the east of Austria (Austria)" only that the whole thing is reduced to Lower Austria.

Unfortunately since the introduction in 2016 of the challenge guidelines this type of challenge is no longer allowed.
Sectors (the triangles/wedges from the starting point with an angle of 1 degree) are geographic areas other than country/state/county.
