[Awaiting feedback] Challenge Checker

Hi.

We have an idea evolving regarding the finding and logging of earth caches. We would like the challengers to have found and logged an earth cache for every day of the year, including a leap year. Past finds would count and they do not have to find the caches in a single year, in fact they can take as long as they wish. However, we do not yet qualify for such a challenge but wondered if it would be possible for someone to produce a checker so that we can use that as a way of auditing our progress, to ensure we qualify before creating such a challenge. Once we do, we will use the created checker as part of the cache page and for the verification process. Hope this makes sense.
