[Awaiting feedback] GC9XXYC - Checker Update please

Please update this checker to the following requirements:

600 caches found with Ticks, Poison Ivy, and Thorns attributes combined.
Each of the three attributes must have a minimum of 175 caches.

Just like it is currently but with increased numbers.

The challenge is already published. You should ask permission from your reviewer because changing the criteria might let to complains and cause the cache to be archived

Increasing the qualification threshold for a challenge is without a doubt a fundamental change in the geocache experience. It is now more difficult to qualify for, and generally less available to the community.
