Is it possible for someone to create a script to show if you've found a cache beginning with each letter of the alphabet in the county of Somerset

in he south west of England

only asked as I need one cache beginning with the letter "Z" for a Dorset challenge

I thought It would be nice to do similar in the county of Somerset , I'm als oworking on completing the Wiltshire town beginning with each letter of the alphabet

We can still create a Challenge Checker for this geocache, since it is grandfathered. Please post the GC#.

Its not for an old cache
would have like one for a new cache
but it seems this sort of challenge is not allowed any more

Challenge cache criteria may be based upon these geographic areas: countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent).

I'm confused
which bit of my request is not allowed ?
specifying a county ( Somerset )
or
26 cache named between A- Z
