"Will you please create a checker for GCA4AVN. The Challenge goes like this:
1 Cache logged under 1 km and 1 cache more than 1000 km from home coordinates
Please note that this profile are not qualified as it is a dummy profile."

Unfortunately, this challenge is not publishable under the current Challenge Cache Guidelines:

NOT ACCEPTABLE
Challenges based on geographic areas other than countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent). Examples: user-defined mapping polygons, latitude/longitude, radius, etc.

Also Project-GC Challenge Checkers do not have access to home coordinates so this is not technically possible anyways.

I remember now, why it has been so long since my last challenge :)
I will come up with another idea
