I need a checker for GCA9VK0 to have found and logged as many bonus caches as possible. Only the caches that contain the word "bonus" in the title count. This challenge cache should be logable if you have found at least 250 bonus caches.

Your criteria goes against the guidelines. You can only use the "Bonus Cache" attribute

I do not understand, here is a challenge with 111 bonus caches ( https://coord.info/GC4GAX3 ) however from 2013.
Have the guidelines changed ?

Yes the guidelines have change in April 21, 2015

GC4GAX3 is now a legacy cache in the game.
