Unfortunately, Borkum is not is own county and thus it is not publishable under this guideline:

Challenges based on geographic areas other than countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent). Examples: user-defined mapping polygons, latitude/longitude, radius, etc.

The smallest geographic region you could pick is the county of Leer.

O dear, so Germany works different compared to the Netherlands. Thanks for telling.
You can archive this request and I will cease trying to create any more challenges for the Wadden islands!
