[Cancelled] Checker for GCAGZFW

Regarding this checker as model :

I would like a checker with following conditions :
- Found at least 1 cache (all type) in county "Vendee" (France) for each latitude minute from N 46° 18.*** to N 47° 05.*** included

ie It means 1x cache in Vendee with coordinate N 46° 18.***, 1x with N 46° 19.*** etc. to N47° 05.***
If my calculation is correct, it supposes 48 different caches on 48 different minutes of latitude.
