You must have found 2 caches in each of the 3 States that begin with "U" or"V" PLUS (because it's only 3 States) you must have ALSO found a third cache which is a either a Puzzle or Virtual cache in 2 of the 3 States. Thus, a total of 8 Finds.

Please confirm it is suitable.

I implemented it as two checks: First check is for 2-3 finds in each state for a total of 8 finds, second check is for two states with Unknown or Virtual finds. This is functionally identical to the way you described it, just that the output doesn't make that completely clear.
