[Resolved] New checker for GC90RJ8 1501 per Month Challenge

Here is the description:

Your challenge is that you will have to find 1501 total caches in seven (7) different months of the calendar to qualify. No, you do not need to find them all on one month, maybe you just got your 1501st cache for the month of September after 10 years of caching, that counts. And no, they do not need to be consecutive months either.

This would mirror GC906MB which was just created
