[Resolved] Challenge-Checker needed

Hi,

I need a challenge checker for the Geocache GC5BMG1 ("Geocache-Alphabet") that checks the following conditions:
26 geocaches must have been found that begin with the 26 letters of the alphabet (A to Z, one for each letter).
All cache types are allowed.
There must be at least 8 cache types in 8 different countries.

The challenge conditions do not lend themselves to a simple tag, so I believe a new script would be required. This is likely to be low on most script-writers' priorities since, given the current guidelines, the script would have limited usefulness.

This checker is deactivated. Can not test.

I disabled it as it missed a check.

Note that it finds any solution the satisfies the requirements (if there is one), but not necessarily the 'best' solution, eg. that maximizes both the type and country count. For example, for you it returns 8 cache types and 8 countries, which satisfies the requirements, but there is obviously a solution with more of each. This is due to time limitations on the running of the checker, as finding the absolute best solution could take a very long time. I've run it against many recent loggers of the challenge, and it seems to agree.
