request checker that verifies and displays that cacher has found at least 51 total caches containing at least one
of the following water related attributes:
Minimum of 5 caches contain Boat Required attribute
Minimum of 5 caches contain May Require Swimming attribute
Minimum of 5 caches contain May Require Wading attribute
Minimum of 1 cache contain Scuba Gear Required attribute

correction to GC number; it is GCAN7P3 instead of GCANE45
