[Resolved] GCAPW04 - Negative attributes in the same region

Hello!

GCAPW04

I would like to request a Challenge Checker that requires you to have logged at least 1 geocache each all within the same Region, that contains all the negative attributes available in the categories Permissions, Equipment, Conditions, Hazards, Facilities.
Please do not include the attributes in the category Special (Lost and Found tour, Partnership cache, GeoTour, Geocaching.com solution checker) & Needs Maintenance.

All countries count. Both Active and Archived caches count. Dates between logs do not matter.
