Where in the guidelines do you see this? It would appear acceptable in the 'yes' column where you are asking to find a certain number of caches per week/month/year Acceptable column: only months (Jan-Dec) and weekday (Mon-Sun) cumulative It is not possible at all to request a certain number of finds per year.
