Well, there does seem to be one problem, but maybe I am misunderstanding the discussion thread you referred me to previously. Groundspeak and the Ohio Volunteer Community Reviewers seem to all agree Shawnee Lookout Cache (GC31A) is the oldest in Ohio. The article confirmed the oldest is Shawnee Lookout (GC31A), and I have found that one on 5/27/2018. It does not show up on my Checker resulby psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
As requested, I read this previous discussion thread. If I understand it correctly, the Shawnee Lookout will be considered the oldest in Ohio. That was my preference anyway, I was just trying to avoid any complaints. I am fine with no exceptions. Does that mean you can build me a checker requiring 8+ "oldest state finds"?by psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Can I get a checker built for a challenge to find the oldest cache in a state for 8 or more states (including Washington DC)? You probably know these "exceptions" better than I do, but Ohio and Montana seems to have some disagreement. I'd like to count either geocache in these cases since it is not clear cut. - In Ohio, there are 2 caches that are considered the oldest becauby psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Understood. In that case, the checker works perfectly. I have updated my cache page include verbiage to allow archived caches if they meet the criteria. Appreciate your help and guidance.by psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
One problem: The checker is counting finds on old archived caches vs. the oldest 12 active caches. Can you modify the checker to only count the dozen oldest active caches? Apologies for any miscommunication.by psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Good evening! Can I get a challenge checker built, please? The challenge is to find at least 8 of the oldest 12 caches in Oklahoma. In case it's helpful, this is the list of oldest dozen caches in the state (not in order), based on hide date: GC173B The View From Above (Traditional) GC1ADF Discover Oklahoma-Red Rock Canyon (Traditional) GC1AF7 Calibrate (Virtual) GC1AFB 7 Oaksby psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Looks perfect! Thanks a million! Patrickby psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Hope this finds you well! Can you build me a checker requiring 1 find at every 500ft of elevation from 0ft to 10,000ft with one additional find required for everything 10,000+. This current checker link (https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC45EJQ/20133) already does the levels, but it requires the geocacher to get 5 finds at each...and I only want to require 1 find at each level. Thanks iby psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
This checker looks great. Thanks so much. I think people will be surprised when they don't automatically qualify for a challenge that only needs 1.0/1.0 caches. ha! Thanks again, Patrickby psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
This checker works wonderfully! Thanks so much for creating it (and double thanks for making it so quickly). Patrickby psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I would like a checker created for a new cache I am finalizing (GC92RTA). -- Qualifications would be to find 20 geocaches with the GeoTour attribute. Thanks so much, Patrick GC: psteelman1by psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Would you please build a checker for a Challenge Cache I am finalizing (GC92RT9)? Qualifications: Find a 1.0D/1.0T cache in each of these 9 common cache types (Traditional, Multi, Mystery, Virtual, Earthcache, Wherigo, Letterbox, Webcam, Event) Thank you so much, PSteelman GC: psteelman1by psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Very nice! I tested this checker, and it appears to be working great. Thanks so much for the quick response. Patrickby psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I really appreciate the quick reply. I tested this checker and it seems to work perfectly! Thanks a million. Patrickby psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I would like a checker created for a new cache I am finalizing (GC92RT7). -- Qualifications would be to find 100 geocaches with the field puzzle attribute. Thanks so much, Patrick GC: psteelman1by psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

I would like a checker created for a new cache I am finalizing (GC92JKP). -- Qualifications would be to find Oklahoma caches totaling at least 5,000 favorite points. I would like a checker created for a new cache I am finalizing (GC92JKK). -- Qualifications would be to find at least 100 geocaches with the new "Challenge Cache" attribute. NOTE: Previously, GC did not allow this challenge-challenge cache when it relied on words in the GC Name, but now that GC has added the attribute, this can be based on a positive attribute, which is allowed.by psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Your checker looks correct. There are a couple Wherigos being published this week and I will wait until I have logged one to submit my cache. That will give me 8. Can’t believe you did the checker so quickly! Thanks, Patrickby psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I am in need of a challenge checker for a new cache I am developing. It is a Well-Rounded Cleveland County (Oklahoma) Challenge Cache To qualify, a cacher simply needs to have found/logged eight or more different cache types, however each of the caches have to be located within Cleveland County (Oklahoma). Note: For this challenge, I am including all Groundspeak recognized cache types, iby psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
That's awesome. Thanks. It doesn't say how exactly how many I have, but it does confirm that I meet the challenge requirements. That's what is important. Cachly indicates that I have 110, so checker appears to be working. I appreciate the help and the immediate response. You rock! Patrickby psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
OMG. I can't believe I forgot that. It is GC85ETX I am so sorry. Patrickby psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I am looking for a challenge checker to be built for finding at least 100 caches that have 100+ favorite points each. I reviewed existing checkers and could not find it for 100 caches...only 5, 10, etc.by psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Sorry for the delay. Looks like Sumbloke was correct. My local reviewer thought it was viable at first but then came to the same conclusion as you guys. Not viable at this time because you can’t use the CO field at all. If GC changes their guidelines, I’ll revisit. Thanks so much for your help and time on this attempt.by psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
Granted, I didn’t provide the whole cache page write up to you, but the user is free to get whatever caches they want, by whatever CO they want. I don’t determine the 8 COs, they do. Would that make a difference?by psteelman1 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
Hi, I have a challenge cache I'm submitting and need a challenge checker for it. Requesting a challenge checker to confirm the user has at least 100 finds from 8 different cache owners. This data is already available on the Project-GC.com Profile Stats page (under Finds By Owner), but if/when my challenge is approved, I'll need a checker to confirm.
