Yes, perfect! Thank you :)by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Ah yes that is perfect! Can you make the first list sort like the second list though? That will work very nicely.by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Regarding this script, I have an approved challenge now with a slight alteration: 1. Have 21 finds on May 11 of any year 2. Including at least 10 different years Currently I believe the checker above only lists the number of May 11 finds, requiring 22. That should now be 21, and with at least 10 years included. Can this adjustment be made soon? Thanksby thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks, I think that's fine - the amount per year is still attainable. Awesome :)by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
G'day! I'd like a script to check for the number of finds on one specific date of the year, which year is irrelevant. Ideally I would love to have the output display how many per year on that specific date since 2000. Challenge qualification: Have at least n finds on Month/Date, where n is the number of Month/Dates that have passed. Challenge context: Finding caches found on the bby thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Oh sorry, the Large is right - that one had 2 cache sizes edited since qualifying so the streak is now (correctly) invalid. I believe everything checks out now! Thanks so muchby thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Okay I picked up a couple of other alterations. In the listing I do allow any cache type for the Abandoned Structures and Scenic Views squares. Here's the list of my latest inconsistencies: O4 (T): Should be any cache type, 5 days Abandoned Structures I5 (V): Should be any cache type, 20 days Scenic View I1 (B): 15 days Small - Checker returns fail for Yells25 who has a verified validby thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Excellent! Thanks. Now I have come across an issue. And the only thing I can think of may be in regards to timezone crossing over midnight. Test case: User Yells25 Cell I1 (15 days of Smalls) - the main checker returns a failure. She sent me her spreadsheet of qualifiers, and I've verified she does have a 16 days streak, still in place (no size has been edited to other than Smalby thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks! That's a big improvement. I think all the other checkers for this GC can/should be disabled or removed.by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Oh, also some of the squares require "physical caches", defined in the listing as Traditional, Multi, Mystery, Letterbox, Wherigo, Ape. Could you add those types to B, C, G, J, K, N, R requirements? (I1, N1, I2, O2, B3, G3, N4)by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
That's excellent! Thanks! I did notice that N2 and G2 (H and I) are mixed up - N should be 5 days of Wherigos, G should be 35 of Traditionals. The results match up to my sql scripts. Hopefully the attribute streaks can be added. I swear I've seen attribute streak challenges before but I can't seem to find any. huh.by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Absolutely, a single checker would be best. That'd be a heck of a tag writeup though! :) It'd be wonderful if someone would be willing to. Even if some squares can't be covered, that would be easier for people (including myself as the CO) to verify qualifications. I provided SQL scripts for gsak for each of the squares for people to use (notes posted pre-publish date), but nowby thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I'm the owner of GC3D5EB, a premoratorium challenge. I'm wondering if someone might be able to locate and/or re-tag checkers for the squares that don't yet have a checker. A few have already been done over the years, but I'd love to be able to just link people to the checkers for each square. Here's what I know of so far: B1 (25 days <=D3) B2 (10 days Virtuaby thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Excellent, just checking as mine shows the check for Feb 29th, just had to make sure it wouldn't deny qualification if it Feb 29th was an X. Thanks.by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Actually, by found date, can you not include Feb 29th? (or will it still show qualified without a find on Feb 29th?)by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Yes that's perfect, thanks!by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I'd like a checker to validate finding a Regular sized cache on all allowable calendar dates please!by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Excellent, thanks.by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
As with my prior request, I'd like a re-tag of the script that was used for GC8GHQQ: (I intend to be making more requests for additional different attribute values as part of the series) * 150 finds on each of the 7 days, of geocaches with the Parking attribute (#25) for listing GC8GPZJ Is there an easier way to make repeated requests like this with different attribute values? Or will eaby thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Cool, good to know :) Another one I saw was for difficulties and it only specified the required rating once at the beginning. I only skimmed the source, so you guys are the experts ;) Thanks againby thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
That works, thanks. Side note: On other day-of-week challenges I've seen, the requirement property was set once at the beginning, and the day of week properties set individually (rather than duplicating the attribute requirement for each day). Could be more optimal in that format, easier to replicate and adjust.by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I'd like a checker for GC8GHQQ - a day-of-week challenge, sourced from arisoft's Multiple Test Checker v2, but for specific attributes. In this case, attribute #7 (Takes less than 1 hour), requiring at least 150 on each day of the week. thx!by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Yes that's perfect, thanks. Awaiting final approval before implementing the link.by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
This is under the supervision of the local reviewer. The exception was made in this case because there are already first finders. They'll be contacted.by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Yes the challenge will be replaced; the new description sitting on another unpublished listing for viewing/testing for now, under reviewer observation. Just need the script to test for qualifiers and GC6JHC6 will be updated with *this* new challenge.by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Sorry folks, there was a mixup in qualifiers for one of my recent challenges. GC6JHC6 - currently tagged to 22164: http://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC6JHC6/22164 - this tag will need to be removed (tagged by vogelbird) Can someone write a script or re-tag one for the following requirements: * Using only caches within the following Ontario counties (same list as used in GC6JVBN plus 2 morby thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
d'oh! Right, of course. Contacted. (that link would make sense to have on the PGC profile page too :P)by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I don't know how, via PGC. Is that his caching name as well, "sumbloke"?by thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Oh, I suppose the GC codes used for tagging the previous, then denied, pattern-based challenges are still active. That only shows up if someone searches for the GCs though, at least. Nonetheless, the incorrect tags should be removed. These are the obsolete tags: GC6JV6M - 20983, Pattern in date grid (by sumbloke) Tagged by: sumbloke GC6JVBP - 20989, Pattern in date grid (by sumbloke) Taggedby thebruce0 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
