Hi again, In addition the "you require 0 more caches of this type" defaults to 0 for all attributes even when the player does not qualify or have any finds of that attribute. This could perhaps also be modified or removed? cheers Billby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks Pieterix, That looks good except that it gives a "cache" total for us of "You have found 20055 caches with attributes ...." Given we have less than 4000 finds in total I think this is probably cache number x attributes per cache? It is a bit confusing as is. Maybe this line of the output could be modified or even deleted? Thanks again regards Billby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Hi I would like a checker which checks for physical finds in each degree of longitude that covers West to East across mainland Australia. This is E113 to E153 inclusive There are 41 possibles. GC code is GC7J6P8 As a first pass attempt can I ask that the user will need 35 of 41 please? A list of qualifying caches with the long in degrees would be good. The caches do not have to be witby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
Hi, Please could this checker be modified to exclude standard Events? Other events such as CITO, Megas, and Gigas are ok. This is to help manage some people putting rare attributes on events to help qualify for such a challenge. That is clearly not in the spirit of the challenge. https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC79DXP/28149 Thanks very much. Bill aka Bradby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Oops my mistake. I meant Tally Tiger But it seems to be working ok now. Apologies for the distutbance. Thread can go. Thxby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Hi, Re: https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC79A6D/28348 It seems to work fine for some accounts but not for others. Tallytiger should easily qualify but currently it shows 0 and 0 While for us it is fine. There should not be any location limitation. Could someone who understands the script please check it? Thanks Bby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks very much again sumbloke. All good now :) Happy for this to be archived.by Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Hi, The checker for GC79A66 has been working well. Thanks sumbloke for it. https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC79A66/27885 However a recent finder - bella at waggy - gets an error message when they try to use their team name. The same happens when I enter their name. They should qualify for all 25 checkes. Others with more total finds are fine - eg Freddo - who also qualifies with all 25by Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks very much vogelbird. Much appreciated. All good now. :)by Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Hi, It seems this checker is tagged for Australian caches only. I overlooked this when I first requested it. Is it possible to please remove the AU tag so that caches anywhere world wide qualify please? https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC79DWQ/28855 Thanks Bill aka Bradby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks again Vogelbird. All good. Cache has been submitted now. Just awaiting reviewer response. Should be fine to archive.by Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
And I assume it uses the posted coordinates which is good :)by Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks Vogelbird. That does check for different types but does not seem to check for a total number of finds in the area. Am I correct? On reflection could that be 12 please? Thanks. Billby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Hi again, I would like a challenge for the CBD of the City of Adelaide. Ten cache finds with at least 3 different types within the city. I assume the easiest way is to define it by the county area? I can give some lat long corners but I expect that would be needlessly complex. The centre of the city is approx S 34° 55.717' E 138° 35.998' Another alternative might be to use a 1.6kmby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks Vogelbird. And the thanks above obviously applies to you too :)by Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks Pieterix. That's great. Hopefully the cache will be published today. We had 23 other challenges published yesterday so big thanks to you and everyone else here for all your help in recent times. Very much appreciated :)by Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Hi again, After some feedback I need to up the difficulty of this challenge please. https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC79DWX/28159 Can the required number of "dog's allowed" attributes please be changed to 500? Thanks very much. Billby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks Vogelbird. Your speed is only exceeded by your efficiency :-)by Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
HI, My local reviewer has knocked back my cache submission because there are not enough local geocachers who are already qualified for a full Mystery DT grid. However there are about 15 who have found 72 of the 81. So could I please get the checker changed to give a tick with 72 or more squares in a mystery DT grid https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC79DWQ/28855 thanks Bill Modified reby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks Pieterix, That seems to work fine. Much appreciated again :) FYI we now have 27 challenge caches hidden and in the queue to be published so thanks again to you and the others who have helped. Cheers Bill and Maree aka Brad&Janetby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Hi I am looking for one a bit like this one for the less commonly found caches. https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC59NDP/11920 I want 100 from a mix of Virtual, Wherigo, Letterbox, CITO, and Earthcaches with a mimumum of 5 of each please. Edit: Not enough Webcams locally so they have been removed from the total and from the requirement for 5 please. GC7D2QM is the code Thanks Billby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
And that one is good too, thanks again vogelbird :)by Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks vogelbird. That one is all good.by Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
HI again, For this one I would like a total of 333 caches with either D3, D3.5, T3, or T3.5 I am happy if 3:3s, 3:3.5s, 3.5:3s, and 3.5:3.5s are all counted once or twice. Whichever is easier/simpler. GC7D1DK Thanks Billby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
HI, I need a checker for new cache GC6E1W5 please. You need 500 finds of D1.5 and 500 finds of T1.5. I am happy for D1.5T1.5 to count for both please. Thanks Billby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
That looks excellent vogelbird. Thanks very much :)by Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks Vogelbird. That looks good except that the numbers required stays at zero even when the step is not satisfied and more are needed.by Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks arisoft. That helps me to see who might and might not qualify but as you say it needs other work as it shows teams as qualifying when they dont fulfill the criteria for all 4 attributes. I am happy to wait until you have tine to do it. Thanks for all your help. Billby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Please note = I had to change the suggested distance for the significant hike attribute to 2,500m Thx.by Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Hi arisoft, Thanks. I really like the concept of your challenge checker :-) I would like to change my cache to be a better match for this, using the seven league theme. Can you modify yours please to check each of the four hike ones, short, medium, long, and significant to each individually reach 7 leagues to qualify? I would prefer to leave out park and grab and the negative ones. So I tby Brad&Janet - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
