The checker is easier to make that way. I could have events checked but they may fail every time because there is no variation. I have to adjust the checker.by arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Here is one checker which is near to your requirements but not exactly. https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC81M0Q/39059 A: The script needs as many different cache types as you have in D/T categories. So, 9 D/T levels needs 9 different types. I used event and CITO as 8th and 9th types. B: The script can not join all event types to a single type. So, it needs both event and CITO and skipsby arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Displaying number of caches is not possible with this script because it stops counting when there is 1000 required caches published at a one year. If the year is chosen then it could display total caches at that year, but now it counts required number or years to qualify. Maybe some another script could display also the total number of caches per year.by arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
According to guidelines, one have to meet the requirements BEFORE they log the cache on-line. If you strictly follow the guideline, there is no reason to count the challenge itself to the total number. I would go with the 600 as it is now and forget the guideline :)by arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Quote(https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=frumiousb) has used (https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC81HCB/38999 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did. User has 600 finds (600 needed). Maybe your last find was not recorded yet. There is a delay and now it seems to work. But you need a different checker if your limit is 599 insteadby arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

I fear that there is a problem Quote5. Standard for Criteria The challenge requirements should be simple, and easy to explain, follow and document. A long list of rules or restrictions may prevent publication. Ok, someone with enough powers should remove the extra checker https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC7HMG3/38896by arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Another type of checker is also possible. The output is matrix table instead of a list. Here is an example https://project-gc.com/Challenges//38906by arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

Well... this tool is actually a D/T/Type challenge checker without possibility set requested number of combinations. It would be easiest to add "checker capabilities" to this tool. It is just the number of caches required. In this case the number of icons on the table.by arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

At least it is possible to make a separate tool which displays them all but even then it may be too difficult to find the easiest way to meet the requirements.by arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
The checker do not count such intermediate subtotals at all. That is why it can not display them. There may be a better tool which can display separate gategories but I do not know which one. If someone else knows a better solution I wish they will respond to this.by arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
The checker is now edited for these new requirements. Please test again.by arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
You have to remove the requirement to find these caches in one year to get this published. You could add more cache types when time limit is removed. You have 141 combinations for trad&puzzle caches and 243 combinations for all cache types. I would go for total D/T/Type combinations.by arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

I added this "skip disabled" feature to the checker. If the oldest cache is disabled then the oldest active cache can be used instead. This way the challenge is always possible to qualify despite of any disabled or archived caches. This is an optional feature to ensure the best opportunities to get the challenge accepted.by arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
You have no control until you make the list because then you have the control of the list. Checker is using the oldest active caches from the current cache database, not a specific list. Currently it allows disabled caches. It may be a problem because you can not qualify when a cache is disabled. It is possible to add an option for skipping disabled caches from the criteria.by arisoft - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
The reviewer will tell you that a challenge based on elements under the cache owner’s primary control is not acceptable. You can read this from the guidelines section "11.
