North American "found it" statistics.

I would like to know if the number of logged finds in North America (US and Canada) have gone up, down, stayed the same through the years? I'd like a chart of number of logged finds per year starting from the first year of the geocaching.com site.

Is it possible?

Yes, this would be a nice stat to add. Number of finds, and another for number of caches, by year. The Caches per Area graph almost has it, but need to factor in cache publication date and last archive date. so that archived caches are excluded from later years stats.

You can get in in a graph of the logs over log per dat in the us and canada
http://project-gc.com/Statistics/LogsPerDate?country%5B%5D=Canada&country%5B%5D=United+States&submit=Filter
but not a eary readable per year.

Last and current yeas can be found at
