I just did a map compare for caches from 2009 in the netherlands, including archived, against project-gc

I got 33 caches only I found and 3487 neither found, giving a total of 3520 caches in the Netherlands from 2009. This corresponds to my personal GSAK database.

However, when I add some more users to the comparation, I got a few less.

I only had 9 in the PnavE_81 found tab instead of 33. This tab now only shows caches that only I have found and none of the other users. This seems ok. The 24 that I had found and some of the other users I did the compare against had also found wheren't in the "some" tab however. That one only showed caches one or more of the other users had found.

This is the url with the parameters I used:

https://project-gc.com/Tools/MapCompare?profile_name=PnavE_81&profile_name2[]=project-gc.com&profile_name2[]=wvdrivi&profile_name2[]=De+Kooikers&country=Netherlands&nonefound=on&onefound=on&bothfound=on&hidden_fromyyyy=2009&hidden_frommm=1&hidden_fromdd=1&hidden_toyyyy=2009&hidden_tomm=12&hidden_todd=31&showdisabled=on&showarchived=on&submit=Filter

and this is the one that results in 24 caches more:

https://project-gc.com/Tools/MapCompare?profile_name=PnavE_81&profile_name2%5B%5D=project-gc.com&country=Netherlands&nonefound=on&onefound=on&bothfound=on&hidden_fromyyyy=2009&hidden_frommm=1&hidden_fromdd=1&hidden_toyyyy=2009&hidden_tomm=12&hidden_todd=31&showdisabled=on&showarchived=on&submit=Filter

Seems like a bug to me

When I try your two queries, I get a total of 3496 for the first query and 3520 for the second, an error of 14 caches. Why this changed from 24 caches I am not sure.

However that is working, as you did, from the summary report just above the map, with the report for the multi-finder example showing:

The 9 caches that only PnavE_81 has logged
The 2718 caches that none have logged
The 769 caches that some have logged

However you missed one other line, caches that everyone has found, which is shown in the table below the map and consists of 13 caches, which resolves most of the error.

So yes, there is a bug, a fourth summary line should be added above the map "The x caches that everyone has logged".

This leaves an error of just one cache. To find that one cache would involve exporting to CSV, importing into Excel and doing some simple analysis.

3520-3496=24 not 14

However you missed one other line, caches that everyone has found, which is shown in the table below the map and consists of 13 caches, which resolves most of the error.
-> This list is empty when you do the exact query I linked. Which is correct since the project-gc.com account is listed in this query

But indeed when I remove this account from the comparison, I get 13 caches there, but still that leave 11 caches missing

The once that where missing are in all cases caches I have found and at least one, but not all others from the comparisonlist.
