The checker i incorrect. there is a difference in logging 18 DT in a day and to logg
a all D and Alll T in a day. And the GC code is wrong

Here you are. It looks like there are is still some problem with checker, or some guys didn't fulfill requirements, since it is written in quite complicated way.

I will be glad for some feedback. I don't fulfill requirements so I don't have too much time to go through all the logs of the people.

Thanks for the report. Not it should be fixed and you correctly qualify. Tried to verify tag, but it looks like there are still users who don't qualify: swalker52, Sheriff of Tombstone, OldHippy's.
What do you think about it? It is really hard to evaluate it by hand ...
