Will this change: there is a question mark not a check or minus for qualifying or not qualifying for some newly published caches on the live map. Will those change to all checks or minuses? Is it just a matter of time?These have checkers.

Probably. As mentioned earlier and as hinted by the banner on top of the page, after recent changes, there is a lot to catch up and running challenge checkers is probably one of these things.

Yes, it will change. What it means is simply that the automatic checker system has not had time to run that particular checker for you yet.
