Personal Cache Notes to be include in VGPS CSV or GPX export

Project-gc does have access to the personal cache notes, so is there a way to include the Personal Cache Notes in the CSV or GPX export of a VGPS?

Project-GC will extract corrected coordinates from the personal cache note field and include that in the VGPS, but currently not any other text.

We are following the standard GPX file format by Geocaching.com. This does not have a field for cache notes. Even if we added them, there would be no software that would read it. It would have to be developed by the users themselves.

Adding them to the CSV files would be technically possible. All new-lines would have to be replaced by something else though, since CSV is one line per item.

What's the use-case?

I think the use case is clear -- the offline caching. I think GeoGet maybe even GSAK (not using that) certainly has a way to export the personal cache note. For a consumer application, I would check Locus Map.
In the simplest case, the whole text can be in the last "virtual" cache log, which should be readable in all the applications.

Actually the standard GPX file format by Geocaching.com does have a field for personal cache notes. Here is an example where a variable for a Bonus cache has been recorded in the personal cache notes field of a geocache on the geocaching.com platform:

Just the fact that groundspeak doesn't include this information in their pocket query gpx doesn't mean that project-gc can't do it.
