You should probably report this to geocaching HQ via the help / message center.
But only if you are shure it is a false cacher

"Geocachers who choose to post fake logs only cheat themselves. Cache owners have the ability to delete bogus logs. Should there be a violation of our Terms of Use Agreement, please inform us so we can take action."
