My 5k Milestone in project–GC is wrong.

My 5 Labcaches are Not included. On the GC Statistik the Milestone is right.

Is it depending on a Premium membership ?

Labs are counted in the milestone section. See also the topic here, with also a little explanation: https://project-gc.com/qa/?qa=22313/remove-lab-caches-from-milestones&show=22313#q22313

There seems to be an option to upload a custom milestone list, though.

If you log both lab caches and regular caches on a milestone day, there is a risk that milestones on Project-GC will be off since we don't get all the information we need from the API that we need.

You can't (as of now) manually change milestones on Project-GC, but as you say you can add a bookmark list that displays your milestones as you want them (but this won't remove the normal milestone display).
That is exactly the issue I have with my 1000 milestone.  I attended a mega and logged Signal the locationless cache GC8FROG as my 1000 find, but the lab cache I found on the day is showing instead.  Please let me know if this error is being worked on or if there are no plans to correct it?
Project-GC has no possibility of correcting this because LabCache data are coming coming from Geocaching HQ via the API but contain different information than all other cache data.

The only workaround is to manually add a bookmark list with your milestones.
As long as your milestones don't include actual lab caches, which can't be added to bookmark lists.
