They was a special 10 years celebration of geocaching event type

Groundspeak's Lost & Found celebrates 10 years of geocaching. The celebration will kick off with 10 Years! Events hosted by geocachers April 30-May 3.

I don't really know what it is, but there has been about 750 of them, in different countries. The latest is from 2011, so I assume it's grandfathered.
