Some owners of caches offer a banner for download after successful find of the cache. I'm a fan of banners and want to find listings with banners. Is a tool available in PGC or has anybody any idea how I could manage that search?

Thanx a lot for your help in advance

Did a search with "banners" and saw this thread https://project-gc.com/qa/?qa=18912/owners-banners-within-listings-possible-select-those-caches&show=18912#q18912.

I'm only providing it as a historical reference since you already know about it.
Ooops! I'm very sorry that I've forgotten that old question, thankx a lot reminding me. But before I asked this question I made a search with "banner" and I got no special result.

So I thank you all for having helped me. And I close this request.
Search can be very specific.  Sometimes too specific.  I actually used the word "banners" and not banner when I made the search.  After trying both, you are right the word 'banner' doesn't reveal that older thread.  Thanks for this because I didn't realize the search was so sensitive until now.

Well, yes and no. There's no specific tool to find caches with banners but you can use the extended search option on the dashboard (https://project-gc.com/Home/Dashboard) to search for caches where the cache description contains "banner". This will give some false positives, but should find you lots of candidates as well. Obviously, you will want to limit the search geagraphically as well.

LOL, it seems we were typing more or less the same answer simultaneously.

As far as I know, there is not attribute set on caches where the owner offers a banner.
I would suggest to use the Advanced Search on the dashboard and just search for the word "banner" in the description of the cache.

You may not find all caches/series that have a banner, but usually the cache owner will mention something about the banner in the cache description, so I think there is a high probability that the word "banner" appears somewhere.

Kind regards,
AxelFox.

I was just about to comment about the parallel posts. Dropped you an up vote.
Yeah, pinkunicorn's answer wasn't there yet when I was typing mine. I only saw it when I submitted my answer and the page refreshed.
