You cant do a correct checker for those requirements. ie there will be false negatives

Not geocaches and not exposed in gc.com api and therefore not avalibel at pgc
 
Cache found in at least 300 km distance from home coordinates
50 Travelbugs discovered or moved
50 Coins discovered or moved

OK, thanks for the information. In this case the best checker will be the analog way of working with a sheet of paper and a pencil :-)
