I like to view the question and my answers to adventure labs for future reference. Can I add tis to my data base file and how.

My Data base file, is the file or folder I have Adventure labs under assigned to. I have for example Name of adventure Lab, placed by, wave point name, place date ,found date and geocaching.com notes. I would like to add the questions or view the question of the adventure labs as well.
