On project-gc.com or geocaching.com?
Which browser?
What are your privacy settings in the above browser?

I'm using Firefox 95.0 on Linux with the standard privacy policy and I'm not seeing the mentioned behaviour

Only have the issue with P-GC.  No other web sites. Both iPhone & iPad using safari. All up dated…

I don't have any Apple devices so unfortunately I can't check for you.

First thing that does spring to mind however, if I remember correctly Safari blocks 3rd party cookies by default. It might have something to do with that.
