I'm looking for "self-support system" to force a refresh of cache notes or corrected coordinates.

Visit any Project-GC page (except wiki, community support or checkers forum) and you'll see a orange button labeled "support" towards the top right corner, clicking that gives you a pop-up where you can click the option "Self-support" to find the different kinds of forced refreshes available.
